Islamabad: A case has been registered against PTI founder Imran Khan and other party leaders for the death of a police constable near Hakla Interchange during the Tehreek-e-Insaf protest. In the case, PTI founder Imran Khan, Umar Amin Gandapur, Salar Khan Kakar and Shahid Khattak have been named accused while 14 provisions including Anti-Terrorism Act have been added in the case.. According to the FIR, under the criminal conspiracy of the founder PTI and the leadership, the accused attacked the police officers and personnel with sticks and stones, due to the shelling of the accused, the police dispersed. Injured and abducted, later escaped by throwing him under the Hakla Bridge, after which Constable Mubasher Hasan was shifted to the hospital but he could not recover.
