Islamabad Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar has revealed that according to credible intelligence information, India is planning a possible military action against Pakistan within the next 24 to 36 hours under the guise of baseless and self-made allegations related to the Pahalgam incident. He warned that any aggression by India will be met with a befitting and decisive response.

In his statement, the Federal Minister for Information said that the entire responsibility for the damage caused as a result of the war will lie with India, and Pakistan is ready to go to any extent to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Atta Tarar clarified that India is trying to become the plaintiff, judge and executioner in the region, which Pakistan completely rejects. He said that Pakistan itself has been a victim of terrorism for the last two decades and strongly condemns terrorism in any form.

He said that after the Pahalgam incident, Pakistan, as a responsible state, offered an impartial and independent investigation so that the facts could come out. However, India, adopting an unreasonable attitude, chose the path of confrontation, which could be a precursor to serious consequences in the region and the world.

The Federal Minister further said that India’s refusal to conduct an impartial investigation is enough to expose its real objectives. Taking the lives of innocent people and making false allegations for the sake of achieving political interests is condemnable and regrettable.

Finally, he urged the international community to understand the sensitivity of the situation and put pressure on India to establish peace in the region, because in case of any military adventure, its consequences will be very disastrous, for which India will bear full responsibility.
