The Deputy Commissioner has issued a notification saying that there will be a complete ban on holding political and religious gatherings. The notification further states that legal action will be initiated against those violating Section 144 in the capital. – E-Insaf (PTI) has announced a large protest rally in Islamabad on November 24 (Sunday). The purpose of the rally was to register their protest against the recently passed 26th Constitutional Amendment, raising voice for judicial independence and urging the government to release political parties.Meanwhile, the PTI leaders reiterated their resolve to hold a peaceful political rally and asked the government to refrain from creating obstacles. Preparations for the rally were started after Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan claimed that the former prime minister had given the final call for the protest on November 24. She said that the protest will continue until her demands are met. Adviser Information Barrister Saif called the protest final on behalf of PTIAnd termed it a decisive move, the PTI founder, on the other hand, said the social media message said that participation in the protest rally would determine who would remain in the party.
