35 protesters sent on one-day physical remand

The one-day physical remand of 35 people arrested during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest has been granted. As the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge was on leave, 5 accused from Hasan Abdal police station and 30 accused from other police stations were produced before the session judge of Rawalpindi. The accused are facing charges under terrorism-related provisions and are scheduled to appear before the ATC on Thursday.
