Sumair Ahmad appointed ICC Champions Trophy Tournament Director

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sameer Ahmed Syed, Chief Operating Officer, PCB, as the Tournament Director for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan. With her unwavering passion for cricket, I am sure she will be an unforgettable presence for the players, officials and fans alike.” CC will present the Champions Trophy 2025.This event will live up to the highest standards of excellence synonymous with Pakistan.” Tournament Director Sameer Ahmed Syed: “I am extremely honored and excited to take on this important responsibility for the tournament. Which means a lot to Pakistan Cricket Board, our fans and supporters. The upgradation of the stadium is nearing completion and key discussions are underway with the International Cricket Council.
