Russia’s ballistic missile attack in Ukraine, 21 people killed

The death toll in a Russian ballistic missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Sumy has risen to 21, while 83 people have been injured.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack, calling it one of the deadliest attacks of the year.
