PSL season 10 starts today, opening ceremony will be held in Rawalpindi

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) festival is about to begin, the opening ceremony of Season 10 will be held in Rawalpindi today.

The opening ceremony will begin at 7 pm at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, in which famous singers will create the magic of performances.

Renowned artists Abida Parveen, Ali Zafar, Abrarul Haq, Natasha Baig, Talha Anjum and Young Stunners will perform at the ceremony and a fireworks display will also be displayed on the occasion.Tight security has been prepared for the event, holding the league in hot weather is a challenge.

Many big names in the world of cricket will appear in the commentary, including former England captain Sir Alastair Cook, Wasim Akram and former MCC president Mark Nicholls.In the first match of PSL Season 10, defending champions Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars will face each other at the Pindi Cricket Stadium at 8:30 pm.

The event will have a qualifier in Pindi on May 13, the first eliminator in Lahore on May 14 and the second eliminator in Lahore on May 16, while the winner of the final trophy will be decided on May 18 at the Gaddafi Stadium.I

t should be noted that Islamabad United has won PSL 3 (2016-2018-2024) while Lahore Qalandars have won 2 (2022-2023) titles, Peshawar Zalmi in 2017, Quetta Gladiators in 2019, Karachi Kings in 2020, Karachi Kings in 2020.
