Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has sent an advice to President Asif Ali Zardari requesting to call a joint session of Parliament. Which is expected to be approved. Sources further said that consultations are ongoing between the government and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F). This is noteworthyThat President Asif Ali Zardari raised objections on the madrasah bill earlier and returned it for reconsideration. But no compromise is possible. Giving a statement on the ongoing dispute, Ashrafi said the main disagreement revolves around ensuring Madrasahs. Those associated with the Ministry of Education are not subjected to negative legislation.. He highlighted that madrasas already conduct audits and maintain transparent financial records.
