PM expresses grief over killing of 8 Pakistanis in Iran

 

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow and regret over the killing of 8 Pakistanis in Iran and expressed deep concern over the deaths.

He said that the Iranian government should immediately arrest the accused and then give them the necessary punishment.

The Prime Minister said that the reasons for this heinous act should be brought to light, and the countries of the region should work together to implement a coordinated strategy against terrorism.

He directed the Foreign Ministry to contact the families of the Pakistanis and the Pakistani embassy in Iran so that steps can be taken for the safe return of their bodies.According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, they are in touch with the Iranian authorities for the return of the bodies.
