Opposition Leader Punjab Assembly has challenged the PECA Amendment Act

Opposition Leader Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar challenged the controversial PECA Amendment Act in the Lahore High Court.The opposition leader in the Punjab Assembly further said in the petition that the amendment to the PECA Act should be declared null and void.The petition states that the amendment to the PICA Act is against the fundamental rights of the Constitution and freedom of expression.
