Motorcyclist injured in dumper collision, angry people set 9 trucks on fire

A motorcyclist was injured in a dumper collision near Power House Chowrangi in North Karachi, Karachi, after which angry people set 9 trucks on fire.

When citizens stopped him and beat him, the driver climbed onto the truck and crushed the motorcycle. There was no one on the motorcycle.

After the accident, angry people set 9 trucks on fire, including 5 dumpers and 4 water tankers.According to the police, a heavy contingent of police reached Power House after the incident, while the fire in the trucks was brought under control with the help of fire tenders.

Police say that information regarding the accidents is being obtained from all hospitals in Karachi.An eyewitness to the accident said that a high-speed dumper was coming from the Nagan Chowrangi flyover and hit two motorcycles.

The eyewitness said that the uncle had been driving a dumper for 17 to 18 years, fortunately he was safe on a motorcycle. The eyewitness said that people stopped the dumper and parked motorcycles in front of it, but the dumper driver tried to escape. At this point, the people caught the driver and beat him up.
