Misuse of diplomatic passport; Indictment proceedings against former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister postponed

The indictment against the former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister in the diplomatic passport misuse case has been postponed.

The hearing of the diplomatic passport misuse case against former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas in the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad was held by Judicial Magistrate Ahmed Shahzad Gondal.

During the hearing, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas filed a petition for exemption from appearance, on which the court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 26.

Sardar Tanveer Ilyas will be indicted in the next hearing of the case related to misuse of diplomatic passport.It should be noted that the FIA ​​has registered a case against former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.
