The notice alleges that Hunter Biden seriously damaged Melania Trump’s reputation by making false and unfounded claims in his YouTube interview.

The notice, issued on August 6, 2025, by Melania’s lawyer Alejandro Brito, clearly states that legal action will be initiated against Hunter Biden if he does not retract his allegations and apologize.

Hunter Biden claimed in a recent interview that the first meeting between Melania Trump and former President Donald Trump was arranged by notorious criminal Jeffrey Epstein. According to Melania’s lawyers, this claim is completely false and was made only to gain fame.
