Lahore: If permission is not given for the rally, “Plan B” will be implemented, PTI prepares alternative protest plan for August 5

Lahore:
The Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to implement “Plan B” in case permission is not given for the rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on August 5. According to Express News, the party has prepared an alternative strategy, under which protests will be held in every constituency.
Party sources say that if the government does not grant permission for the large rally, PTI will protest separately in all constituencies of Punjab. Videos and footage of these protests will be sent to the central leadership so that the movement continues.
Instructions to complete organization at the UC level
Under the party’s organizational strategy, instructions have been issued to the divisional level officials and ticket holders to complete the organization at the UC level before August 5 and submit its report to the leadership.
The scope of the protest movement will expand
The party intends to expand the scope of the protest to major cities after August 5, and a future plan of action will be drawn up under an organized phased movement.
Action against inactive office bearers hinted
Sources say that action will be taken against party office bearers who do not participate in the protest to ensure discipline.
Permission for Minar Pakistan rally unlikely
According to sources, it is unlikely that the Punjab government will grant permission for a rally at Minar Pakistan, after which the PTI has preferred the option of constituency-wise protests.
