Important talks between Pakistan and Afghanistan to be held in Kabul today

 

The Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) meeting to promote bilateral relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan is being held in Kabul today. A high-level Pakistani delegation has arrived in Kabul, led by Pakistan’s Special

Representative for Afghanistan Mohammad Sadiq. The delegation also includes senior officials from relevant ministries and departments

.According to sources, the meeting will discuss in detail the promotion of relations between the two countries in various fields, including economic cooperation.Before these talks, Pakistani Head of Mission Obaidur Rehman Nizamani held an important meeting with Afghan Foreign Minister Mullah Amir Muttaqi.

According to diplomatic sources, issues related to the honorable return of Afghan refugees, peace and stability in the region and promotion of bilateral relations were discussed in the meeting.

Senior officials from both sides participated in the meeting, who expressed their willingness to increase cooperation in the future. Sources say that Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to continue the dialogue process and promote the exchange of delegations.

The meeting between the two countries took place in a cordial atmosphere, and it was emphasized that maintaining communication is very important for improving bilateral relations.Finding a humane and dignified solution for the return of Afghan refugees was also discussed.
