(Web Desk) – YouTube is rolling out a new gifting feature during live streams, allowing viewers to buy “jewels” and send them to their favorite creators as gifts. Announced at September’s *Made on YouTube* event, the feature is rolling out gradually. United States for creators eligible in the YouTube Partner Program. Similar to TikTok’s gift system, which uses “coins” to send gifts, YouTube’s version lets users buy jewelry.These jewels contribute to the creator’s earnings in the form of “rubies”, worth one cent each.
