China’s role in IMF program was exemplary: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says that China has supported Pakistan at every opportunity, and China’s role in the IMF program was also exemplary

.Addressing an agricultural scholarship program in Islamabad, Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan’s agricultural graduates are going to China for higher education.

He said that Pakistan will benefit from the experiences of students pursuing higher education in China, and is grateful to the Chinese government for providing scholarships to Pakistani students.

The Prime Minister says that the research conducted at the Agricultural University impressed him.

He visited the Agricultural University there during his visit to China. Pakistani students will play the role of a bridge between Beijing and Islamabad.

Shahbaz Sharif further said that the role of youth is important in the development of Pakistan, and that agricultural graduates were selected on merit for the scholarship program, and agricultural graduates were selected from Azad Kashmir, GB and all four provinces.

He also says that Balochistan’s quota among graduates going to China on scholarships is more than 10 percent.
