ISLAMABAD — Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gauhar expressed his strong reaction to India’s suspension of Indus Water Treaty in the National Assembly session. He said that there is a Modi in India and a secular India, however, Modi’s India is happy about the massacre of Muslims and other minorities.

Barrister Gauhar, while expressing his views in the House, said that the Indus Water Treaty was reached after nine years of long negotiations, and this is the first time that Modi has suspended this agreement. He said that India will not be able to stop Pakistan’s water under any circumstances, and Pakistan should take this matter to the International Court of Justice.

The Chairman PTI further said that India should understand that this will not be a Gaza-style war, if there is a war between Pakistan and India, it will go far. He sent a strong message to India, saying that we reject any allegations of terrorism, and India’s behavior of not condemning the Jaffar Express attack is extremely regrettable.

He stressed that Pakistan has always condemned incidents like Pulwama and Pahalgam, but India has never denied our allegations. Barrister Gauhar said that Pakistan’s position has always been clear and correct and all kinds of Indian actions will be countered.
