Ali Amin Gandapur granted 40-day protective bail

The Peshawar High Court has granted 40-day protective bail to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

Justice Sahibzada Asadullah Khan and Justice Salahuddin heard the application regarding the details of Ali Amin Gandapur’s cases in the court.

The NAB prosecutor told the court that an inquiry is underway against Ali Amin Gandapur in NAB.The Deputy Attorney General told the court that 32 cases are registered against the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Islamabad and 33 in Punjab, and 9 cases are also registered against him in the FIA.
