Trump sentencing in hush money case delayed indefinitely

New York Supreme Court Justice Joan Murchin has postponed the sentencing of President-elect Donald Trump in the Stormy Daniels hush money case. The delay is indefinite, and it’s unclear whether the case can be dismissed entirely. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg agreed to stay the sentence Trump was found guilty of in May 2024 on 34 counts. Daniels is charged with concealing payments..
