JUI-F seeks PTI’s assistance over legislation on seminaries bill

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl has sought official help from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf on the issue of Societies Registration Bill. PTI leader Asad Qaiser and JUI(F) Senator Kamran Murtaza held a detailed meeting on the political situation in the country. In the meeting, both discussed the areas of political cooperation between the two parties. Asad Qaiser while addressing Kamran Murtaza asked what role PTI can play on madrasa bill?Murtaza suggested that PTI should make its clear strategy whether it will go with JUI(F) or not. The JUI(F) leader also mentioned some conflicting statements of PTI leaders on the issue under discussion. He further said that if PTI is serious then it should pass legislation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly as well. As he said, the bill was passed in the National Assembly. The scope of the assembly in the capital will be limited. He said that JUIF will also talk to provincial governments for legislation in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan.
