The ICC has announced the nominations for the Men’s Player of the Month for November 2024, with three standout pacers each contributing to their teams’ victories. Haris Rauf (Pakistan), Marco Johnson (South Africa) and Jasprit Bumrah (India) are recognized for their exceptional performances in all formats. Haris Rauf played an important role in Pakistan’s historic ODI series win against Australia.For the first time in 22 years. Rauf finished as the series’ top wicket-taker with 10 wickets at an economy rate of just five, leading Pakistan to a 2–1 victory. He continued his excellent form in the T20I series, taking five wickets including four in the second match. Rauf started his month with three more ODI wickets against Zimbabwe, ending November with 18 wickets across all formats.. Marco Johnson (South Africa) The 24-year-old all-rounder has shone in all formats, contributing prominently with both bat and ball. It was in the first Test against Sri Lanka that Johnson produced a career-defining performance with match figures of 11/86. His seven-wicket haul in the first innings helped Sri Lanka to bowl out for just 42 runs, the second-lowest total in Tests of the 21st century.. Johnson then took four more wickets in the second innings, leading South Africa to a dominant 233-run victory. Jeet Bumrah’s brilliant all-round performance earned him the player of the match award for the opening Test. These three players have shown exceptional skill and consistency making them strong contenders for the ICC Men’s Player of the Month for November 2024.
